Photographic and Fine Art Printing
With digital printing, a high quality inkjet (giclée) printer is used to print your image onto archival photo paper, fine art paper, or canvas.
Each image is carefully checked before printing to ensure the best quality result.
How it Works
I don’t just load up your digital file and press "print". Each image is checked closely for colour, tonal balance, and image details.
I take the time to work with you and make sure the final product is something we’ll both be proud of.
I print with an Epson Professional series machine that uses 11 colours of archival ink to print high quality prints up to 17″ wide, and pretty much as long as you like.
I'm happy to help you get your file ready for printing by choosing the right export settings for colour, resolution, borders, and so on. Whether you use Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or other image managing software, I can help direct you to straight-forward resources that will help.
I print on ink-jet photo paper, archival fine art paper, and canvas from a variety of paper companies including Moab, Epson, Hahnemühle, and Ilford. If you are interested in printing on a certain medium (such as metallic papers), ask me and I'll see what we can do.

Print Mediums
Matte, Lustre, or Metallic finish | $0.14 / square inch
Similar to conventional photographic emulsion paper, photo paper boasts deep blacks, vivid colours, and a variety of finishes, from matte to highly reflective. Paper weight is 180 - 220 grams/square inch. All photo papers are acid-free and resist fading. See Pricing
Choose from a smooth to slightly textured surface | $0.17 / square inch
Fine Art paper is fibre-based. It is fairly heavy and ranges from smooth to faintly textured, depending on the paper. It is ideal for reproducing artwork, or for illustration, black and white photos, or more minimalist imagery. See Pricing
Protected with a matte or lustre varnish | $0.23 / square inch.
Canvas provides a heavy, texture-rich surface for your images. Many people are struck by the "painterly" quality of prints on canvas. I treat all canvas prints with a protective coating that also adds a subtle sheen to the surface. See Pricing
