First, you tell me about your event and I'll provide a quote with different options depending on your budget and needs. If you're wanting to have photos shared with event attendees, we discuss strategies for promotion and come up with a plan. Once you decide to book me, I'll take care of the rest, from site visit, to coordinating with the venue, to the event itself.
The turn-around time to get your photos is generally quick - 1-3 days. If you need "sneak peeks" for promotion within hours of the event, I can do that, too.
My fee varies depending on the type of shoot, your use of the photos, and the arrangement, if any, for attendees to purchase images. I can talk you through different options and we'll find something that works or both of us.
Yes, I can provide everything from basic video documentation of your event to more elaborate productions of short documentaries combining the best footage, graphic effects, voice-overs, soundtrack, and more.
